Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- After your order has been made and we have received your receipt of full payment, it takes 1-2 working days to prepare and process your order.
- We will update you the shipment details and it takes 1-5 working days for courier service to deliver your order [Peninsular Malaysia]. If the delivery process has been taken more than expected, kindly please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you to follow up and take necessary action accordingly.
- For a successful delivery, we require a recipient’s name, contact number and full address with exact unit number, floor number, full street name, neighborhood, city, state and postcode.
- In the event of any non-delivery, kindly please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you to follow up and take necessary action accordingly. A refund or replacement will be given depends on the situation.
- Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.
- Deliveries to multiple venues, even under the same customer bill will be charged as separate deliveries.
- In rare cases if delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, Epic Food Manufacturing will not be held liable for any claims.
- Kindly please contact us within 3 working days if an error or damage found upon receiving the parcel. The recipient needs to show us the picture of the goods as evidences. We will help you to follow up and take the necessary action accordingly.
- To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
- There will be no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.
